What tasks do you expect?

• Supplying machinery with appropriate raw materials and programming the dosing systems according to specified parameters
• Initiating product setup at the start of the production process
• Optimizing parameters to ensure efficient use of machinery and maintaining product quality
• Monitoring production according to our quality standards
• Performing scheduled maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation
• Complying with and monitoring safety regulations (both technical and personnel-related aspects)

Your profile

• Ideally, a completed qualification in process mechanics within plastics technology and/or several years of experience as a plant operator in production, preferably in extrusion or injection molding – or a comparable qualification
• Technical aptitude for operating machinery
• Good proficiency in German, both written and spoken, due to required documentation tasks and the need to align with production guidelines
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation system
• Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious work style
• Flexibility, team spirit, and physical endurance are also among your strengths
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs and the internet
