Technical Project Coordinator (m/f/d)
Job Description
What tasks can you expect?
- Support of the Technical Management and Production Management, in particular through:
- Development, maintenance, and documentation of processes in the areas of occupational safety, fire protection, facility management, and other technical fields
- Preparation of risk assessments as well as the associated operating instructions and training sessions (E-Plas platform), including monitoring of implementation
- Support in facility management (maintenance, servicing, and inspections)
- Participation in the assessment of machine safety in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV)
- Central point of contact for fire detection systems, fire protection, and the fire department
- Independent management of technical projects, e.g. in the areas of:
- Plant and product optimization
- Fault and incident management (root cause analysis, derivation and implementation of measures)
- Coordination and further development of our quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)
Do you see yourself in our requirements profile?
- Completed technical training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in project work is desirable
- Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001)
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in independently driving projects forward
- Confident user of MS Office
- Enjoyment of working with colleagues from different disciplines and cultures
- Process-oriented mindset, structured way of working, and a high degree of independence
