Single-leaf corrugated and trapezoidal sheets are extremely versatile. Thanks to our extensive production options, numerous variants are also possible with regard to colouring, surface effects and widths. We produce corrugated and trapezoidal sheets not only from polycarbonate (PC) but also from post-industrial (PIP) and post-consumer raw materials (PCR), which allows us to make a significant contribution to active environmental protection. Savenergy – corrugated & trapezoidal sheets
The lifecycles of building materials and sustainability are becoming increasingly important for our environment. Rodeca corrugated and trapezoidal sheets can not only be recycled but are also produced by us using recycled polycarbonate.
Materials that have been in use for many years are reprocessed into high-quality products (PCR). Residues generated during the production of polycarbonate elements are reintegrated into the production process thanks to advanced technologies, thus reducing the environmental impact (PIP).
Our focus is on economical and sustainable zero-waste production!

about our corrugated and trapezoidal sheets.
Corrugated and trapezoidal sheets made of polycarbonate “PC” are produced as standard version in crystal and opal (white milky). Colouring in almost any other colours is also possible depending on the quantity. Surface effects such as matte or structured surfaces are also possible. The possibility of colouring recycled materials is limited, feel free to contact us if needed.
The material qualities of our corrugated and trapezoidal sheets are divided into three categories.
“PC” means polycarbonate is used as a new unused raw material.
In the course of the product category Savenergy, we distinguish recycled materials into“PIP” and“PCR“.
“PIP” stands for “Post-Industrial-Production” and means that polycarbonate is used which is a production residue from plastic production. “PCR” stands for “Post-Consumer Material” and means that recycled polycarbonate is used, which has already been used for many years in various applications.
As a standard, we produce shape 76/18 as corrugated as well as trapezoidal shape.
