Multi-wall sheets
Rodeca multi-wall sheets are extremely versatile and available in different thicknesses and widths. On customer request, they can be produced in flexible widths with closed side edges. Areas of application for mutli-wall sheets are above all terrace roofs, conservatories, pergolas and greenhouses – almost any project can be realized.

Unique multi-wall sheets
Thanks to innovative extrusion technology, we are able to colour the inner diagonals of the 16 mm thick multi-wall sheet separately. This creates not only a unique effect, but also optimal shading without darkening!
The DecoStripe variant of the 32 mm mutli-wall sheet with 10 layers offers the same unique effect as the 16 mm variant, only with higher thermal insulation properties.

to our multi-wall sheets
Rodeca multi-wall sheets are produced in Germany according to high quality standards.
They are easily recyclable and therefore very environmentally friendly. Thanks to our innovative extrusion technology, multi-wall sheets can also be produced to the desired width. This means that the lateral edges are closed and the panel becomes more stable and rigid at the sides. Also cuts in length, width or diagonal can be prepared for you. Depending on the quantity, colourings and effects are possible. Please contact us for more information!
Multi-wall sheets can be curved on site during installation, if a minimum radius is maintained. The minimum radius varies depending on the selected product and is usually: Thickness of the material multiplied by 200. If you have decided on a special product, please feel free to contact us!
Polycarbonate multi-wall sheets block UV radiation by absorbing it. The absorption mechanism can lead to the disintegration of the material. To prevent this, the multi-wall sheets are extruded with a special material. That is why the multi-wall sheets should be installed so that the marked UV protective layer is positioned to the outside. Most of multi-wall sheets have only one UV-protective layer, which is clearly marked as such. If you need a multi-wall sheet that is UV-protected on both sides, please contact us!
The pure water cleaning systems have proven their worth for cleaning polycarbonate elements. Alternatively, water with a small amount of neutral detergent can be used for cleaning. However, please do not use glass cleaners, abrasive agents or sharp-edged objects. Do not use alkaline cleaners containing surfactants or gasoline. Before cleaning the entire surface with a detergent, test the detergent on a small inconspicuous area to make sure it will not cause damage.
