Aluminum frame profiles
Aluminum frame profiles for framing Rodeca polycarbonate elements of all thicknesses are available in a wide variety of designs. From non-thermally broken profiles to thermally broken profiles. Available in mill finish, anodized or powder-coated in colours according to customer requirements.

Prefabricated components
Frame profiles made of aluminum are usually delivered to the construction site as 6 m profiles and are adapted to the structural conditions there. We would be happy to support you with this work by prefabricating components in our factory according to your needs.
Innovative special profiles | PC-Corner
The transparent corner profile can be used if there is a desire to create a façade surface that is as homogeneous as possible across the corners of the building. It creates maximum transparency and makes building corners appear practically profileless. The PC corner profile is available as an alternative to our aluminum corner profiles in thicknesses of 40/50/60 mm to match our translucent building elements.
Polycarbonate and plastic profiles
Rodeca not only produces multi-wall sheets, panels or solid profiled polycarbonate sheets, but also numerous technical profiles. From PC-H and U profiles for edging multi-wall sheets in the most common thicknesses to innovative connection profiles for DIY use. Aluminum frame profiles can be supplied in mill-finished aluminum, anodized or also powder-coated according to RAL at the customer’s request.
Our frame profiles are made of extruded aluminum EN AW-6060, status T 66. The thermal separation of our frame systems is achieved by glass fiber reinforced polyamide ribs.
Depending on panel thickness, panel length and thermal requirements, there are specially developed aluminum frame systems. The exact designations and descriptions can be found in our technical manuals for translucent building elements, or please contact us, we will be happy to advise you!

Our standard profile series are there available as CAD files.
During anodizing, a protective oxide layer is created on the aluminum surface, which protects the aluminum from corrosion. The surface of the profile is matt and insensitive after the anodizing process.
